To maintain product quality and ensure safety, customers are advised to store the goods under the following conditions:

• Avoid exposing the product to high temperatures, direct heat sources, or open flames.

• Do not store the product near spark-generating equipment, electrical sources, or any environment that may trigger combustion.

• If your country has specific regulations regarding the storage of flammable materials, you are responsible for ensuring full compliance with those requirements.

Customers are responsible for equipping themselves with any required storage facilities or safety measures based on their local laws and regulations.

2. Safety Precautions During Use

Our charcoal generates high heat for an extended period of time, which may pose risks if not handled properly. Improper use can result in:

• Fire or explosion

• Damage to property, including homes, buildings, furniture, or natural environments such as forests

• Severe burns or injuries to users or nearby individuals

Customers must ensure:

• Full compliance with fire safety guidelines

• Proper supervision during use

• Adequate distance from flammable materials

• Use of appropriate protective equipment when necessary

3. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• They assume full responsibility for the storage, handling, and use of the goods.

• The company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Fire, explosion, or burns

  • Property damage

  • Environmental damage

  • Personal injury or harm

• Any risks arising from negligence, improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to comply with local safety regulations are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that they understand and follow all relevant laws, safety standards, and fire protection guidelines applicable in their country or region. Any deviation from recommended handling and usage practices is done at the customer’s own risk.
