Shipping Policy – Premium Charcoal Briquette Export | AVC Charcoal
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the transportation of goods to both international and domestic customers. Due to the special characteristics of our products—classified as flammable materials—we adhere to strict packaging and safety standards to ensure secure handling and transit.
1. International Shipping
For international customers, we strictly comply with global standards for maritime packaging and cargo safety. As our products are highly flammable, the preparation and loading of containers must follow rigorous procedures, including:
-
Independent third-party supervision
-
Temperature inspection and monitoring
-
Fire-retardant tarpaulin covering
-
Vacuum sealing after container loading
-
Additional safety measures as required by international regulations
All international shipments must be fully paid before dispatch. Once payment is completed and the goods are loaded, the cargo is legally considered the property of the buyer.
Therefore:
-
Customers must purchase cargo insurance to protect their goods during transportation.
-
We bear no responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, delay, or other incidents occurring during the shipping process once the cargo has departed.
2. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)
For domestic customers, goods will only leave our factory after full payment has been received.
Customers are responsible for:
-
Arranging their own transportation
-
Purchasing insurance (if needed)
-
Ensuring proper handling and preservation of the goods after they leave our facility
We do not assume liability for any risks, damages, or losses once the goods are handed over to the customer’s chosen carrier.
3. Liability & Support
In all circumstances, including unforeseen or adverse events, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage occurring during transportation, whether domestically or internationally.
However, we are committed to supporting customers by providing all relevant cargo documentation, certificates, and shipment records when required for insurance claims or other necessary procedures.
