Step 2: Receive Quotation
We will send a detailed quotation including:
- Product specifications
- Factory price
- Packaging details
- Shipping method (FOB / CIF / CNF / EXW)
- Estimated delivery time
Quotations are issued within 24 hours.
Step 3: Confirm Order
Once the customer agrees with the quotation:
- A Sales Contract (PI) will be issued
- Customer reviews and confirms
- Both parties sign the contract
Step 4: Payment
Payment methods:
- T/T (Bank Transfer) – 50% deposit, 50% before loading
- LC (for large orders)
- Other methods as agreed
Step 5: Production & Quality Check
We begin production immediately after the deposit is received.

- Request photos/videos of production
- Request a third-party inspection (Vinacontrol,…)
Step 6: Packaging & Container Loading
- Packaging according to international export standards
- Thermal blanket or insulation is used in the container
- Loading photos/videos sent to the customer in real time
- Third-party survey report available upon request
